Our Fees
Matthew Mazur, P.A. believes in providing affordable legal
services to our clients. In the area of Property Tax Appeals, for individual homeowners, we provide our services on
a "Split-Blended-Fee" basis. The first part of our Split-Blended-Fee is our "Flat Retainer Fee" and the second part
is our "Success Fee."
Retainer Fee:
We charge a retainer fee of $300.00. This fee covers the retention
of our firm to file a property tax appeal with the Value Adjustment Board and negotiate with the County Property
Appraiser's Office.
Success Fee:
If we are successful in obtaining a reduction in our client's property tax
assessment above the value of our retainer fee of $300.00 we charge a Success Fee based upon the savings obtained
for our client. The Success Fee is calculated as follows:
There is no Success Fee charged for Tax Savings obtained that are at or below
$300.00.

If we are not successful in obtaining a tax savings for our
clients, they pay no further fees beyond the retainer fee!
